Most organizations promote their employees based on technical knowledge and job experience. However, once in a leadership position, managers and executives become responsible for mentoring others. This new role requires new skills.

Over the past 20 years, we have provided personalized coaching for hundreds of clients. Executive coaching provides confidential, one-on-one sessions for executives and managers in high-pressure roles.

Starting with both your personal goals and the goals of your organization, we contract with you as to how our coaching will take shape, where we will work, and how often. In the first few sessions, we work together to identify your strengths and weaknesses and to craft a plan to develop the skills that will lead to your success.

We then walk the road side-by-side with you as you face challenges and opportunities. Our experience has been that partnerships between our clients and ourselves takes advantage of knowledge and expertise from both sides. This results in a positive learning experience with the opportunity to expand both your leadership abilities and your management capabilities.
