In fact, we believe that all leaders have to constantly re-make themselves as new challenges and opportunities arise, and
We believe that Leaders should be "tough-minded" and "open-hearted":
"Tough-minded" in that they set goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and hold employees accountable to these; and "open-hearted" because if they don't care about their employees, their employees won't care about them or the company.
We specialize in leadership in the corporate context and have created a program that teaches the best of leadership strategies and is designed to help leaders learn them in a way that fits each unique personality and leadership style.
Combining both individualized coaching, and group seminars, this program takes place over 12 months. We begin by assessing the unique strengths and challenges of each of our participants. We then work with them to leverage their strengths in ways that overcome the challenges they face. We do this in a manner that is both authentic for each leader, and effective for their organization and responsibilities.
Several times throughout the year, we bring our Leadership Development clients together for state-of-the-art Leadership seminars and skill-based training workshops.
